At the final of the award, several large-scale projects of the company under construction in Magadan were presented. Among them are the Northern ARTEK center and the Presidential universal complex, which will become one of the most grandiose in Kolyma: an ice arena, five swimming pools, a universal sports hall.

This year, the award received a record number of applications - 698, 138 of which were shortlisted. The winners of the professional competition in 24 categories were determined by an independent jury, which included more than 100 recognized industry experts.
