Two floors of the complex can simultaneously welcome up to 300 sportsmen and 670 spectators. All conditions will be created at the facility for people with low mobility - 24 disabled sportsmen will be able to train at one time. Special parking spaces are provided for this purpose, and the pool is equipped with automatic means of descent into the water.
A 250-seat ice training arena with locker rooms, skate rental and café is designed for the mass skating.
The swimming pool with 8 lanes will enable to accommodate a training base in the building and to hold competitions of regional and national levels. The Sports and Fitness Complex will also please its visitors with a swimming pool with seawater and jacuzzi, as well as a bath and spa complex. A gym, boxing and martial arts room and a table tennis room will be opened in the “Presidential”.
