On July 26, Viktor Tolokonsky examined the construction of Platinum Arena, one of the main objects of the 2019 Winter Universiade. The Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory examined the construction progress and held a meeting.
“On the first day, we finished level zero, and at the moment, monolithic works are being carried out above zero mark. Orders for prefabricated stands have been placed, and the metal structures for floors, walling, reflective panels are being delivered - everything will be delivered to the facility,” says Vladimir Elenev, Magnum’s Deputy General Director for Construction.
“For us it is essential not to waste time and to do the works on all the adjacent territory simultaneously. Therefore, now that we have gone through the process of designing and developing technical specifications, we can develop a more accurate construction schedule for these facilities,” Viktor Tolokonsky, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, comments on the construction progress.
