The building has a rectangular shape, with protruding elements, such as arches and the steps of the main entrance. Dimensions: 54.21 х 66.0

The 30 х 60ice rink building can be used for hockey training drills, figure skating and short track, as well as for public skating, entertainment events and for TV screening.

The building has one floor, and the utility rooms under the stands are located on two levels.

Capacity: 600 people, including 200 VIP seats. There are 12 accessible seats for visitors with limited mobility. The intended capacity (training drill facilities): 40 athletes per shift. The venue can accommodate 4 teams of 25 people each.

Skating rink administration staff - 4 people. Service staff - 6 people. There are two separate units: for professional and amateur athletes and for spectators

For professional and amateur athletes: 4 team changing rooms, a changing room for visitors, a wardrobe for visitors, a doctor’s office, and a gym. There is a lobby, wardrobes for 150 coats and 450 seats for visitors. The lobby is equipped by vending machines that offer hot and cold beverages and payment terminals. Two rooms on the first floor are intended for referees. Commentary booth and the production control room are located at the 8.31 level.
